Delicious Veggie shakes

Veggie shake


Ingredients:
•\t1 cup distilled water
•\t¼ cup flax seed oil or olive oil
•\t2 small cucumbers. Sliced
•\t1 cup spinach
•\t1/3 head Romaine lettuce
•\t½ cup broccoli
•\t¼ cup cilantro
•\t¼ cup parsley
•\t2 stalks celery, cut into pieces
•\t1/8 cup fresh mint leaves (or teaspoon dry)
•\t2 medium limes (or 1 lemon)
•\t1/8 cup fresh dill (optional)


Grape and Greens shake


2 handfuls spinach
1.5 cups grapes (if using seeded grapes, leave seeds in)
1 banana
1/3 to 1/2 can coconut milk
1/4 cup hemp seeds
Ice


Preparation:
Place water in a blender then add oil. Turn blender on low speed and add remaining ingredients one at a time. When everything is chopped up, turn blender to high speed until you get a beautiful smooth and creamy shake.
